I went to Phoenix a couple of weeks ago for my first Yves Saint Laurent training, and it was fabulous. The women I met were amazing (and highly fashionable I might add), and I learned so much about the line. The training was so high-class, which really shouldn't have surprised me considering it's a high-end designer line, but I couldn't help but feel like I was in a fabulous fairy-world the entire training. I did get stuck in Phoenix for an extra day thanks to Colorado snow, and I have to say that extra day off really gave me some much needed quiet time to think. I starting having little fantasties about traveling for the company, or even relocating. Don't get me wrong, I love Colorado (and I just signed an 18 month lease on my new place), but the idea of being unleased into the world was very appealing. I love social work, and I know that eventually I will be in the field. But I also kind of (a lot) like make-up, and it's going to be a hard love to give up one day...
